OTHER STEM OPPORTUNITIES
We will periodically update this page with STEM opportunities offered by our collaborators in other University of Michigan departments and student organizations!
Math Corps is a summer camp organized by the UM Math department that uses a "kids-teaching-kids" model to build a sense of family and community while engaging students in math. There are 3 ways to participate:
6th - 8th graders: participate as a camper, learn basic and advanced math concepts
9th - 12th graders: serve as a teaching assistant or program assistant, mentor middle school students
College students: serve as math instructors, mentor middle / high school students
Stay tuned for program applications in February and email our wonderful faculty advisor, Sarah Koch (firstname.lastname@example.org), with any questions!
